02月07日讯 获悉，中超升班马云南玉昆新援奥斯卡归化进展顺利，国内手续已经办妥。
云南玉昆在这个冬季转会期签下了沧州雄狮外援奥斯卡，主要目的是将其归化，在他之外已经凑齐五外援。
对于他的归化手续也持续了一段时间，在多部门配合之下，他在国内的相关手续已经完成，只待在民主刚果完成退籍手续，目前奥斯卡已经委托律师进行相关手续办理。
